Originality of Submitted Papers:

Papers submitted to ICSMS 2026 shall contain original work by the author(s) that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The anti- plagiarism policy is applicable to all submissions. The author(s) are solely responsible for any plagiarized submission.

Paper submission :

All papers are required to be prepared and submitted in the IEEE Standard two – column conference format of A4 size in English. Papers must be four to six pages in length, including texts, Figures, photographs and references. Any submitted paper that exceeds six pages will be rejected. The first page must include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliations, address and text.

Please do not include page numbers on submitted documents. Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection. Detailed format information is available in IEEE Website.

The authors are required to use the standard IEEE manuscript template. The Microsoft Word template can be downloaded from IEEE conference template page: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Publication

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and selected papers will be accepted for Presentation and will be included in the conference proceedings indexed in Scopus.
 
The high-quality manuscripts presented at the conference and its extended articles will be further processed for the SCOPUS/ SCIE (De Gruyter) Indexed Journals
 
The journal will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations are invited for ‘innovative research work leads to products, concepts, and patented ideas related to smart mobility and allied domains.

Patents that are granted but yet to be commercialized are also eligible for presentation.

This platform aims to encourage researchers, academicians, students, and innovators to showcase their novel ideas, prototypes, and research outcomes, fostering discussion, feedback, and potential collaboration with industry and academia
